Shipping

All products from YYBlocks come with free shipping, with no minimum purchase required. Items will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days after full payment is received.

We ship worldwide using our standard logistics, which is free for customers. Typically, worldwide shipping takes 8 to 25 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and seasonal delays such as Christmas. You can track your package using 17track.

We also offer express shipping via FedEx (2-5 days) or UPS (4-5 days) at an additional cost, usually around $20 or higher. If you prefer express shipping, please contact us.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the processing time once we receive your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item.
